On the day the bombs dropped onto Ukraine, I was doing unrelated research on mail-order-bride.net.
I was on this site to investigate the stereotypes and portrayals of Eastern Europe from the West.
All the automated messages had already switched to being about the war.
I have hundreds of this screenshots achived. Each time, at later dates, when I logged back into the sites the amount of introductary automated messages that were on the topic of the invasion had dramatically increased.
These messages are chronologically curated in a catalogue, presented without design or comment for your reading.
